Three ways to have Maggie's Food Truck at your workplace, school, neighborhood or community gathering — from our no-cost taco pop-up to a menu created especially for your event.

Host a Maggie’s Taco Pop-Up

Bring Maggie’s Food Truck to your workplace, school, neighborhood or community gathering at no cost to the host. We’ll bring our streamlined taco menu, and each guest can order and pay individually at the truck.

The Pop-Up Menu

Our standard pop-up menu includes four taco choices:

  • Bang Bang Shrimp
  • Chipotle Shrimp
  • Seasoned Chicken
  • Slow-Cooked Pork or a Vegan Taco

Seasoned fries and drinks are also available for individual purchase.

Because there is no host fee or guaranteed food purchase, these pop-ups are approved based on location, travel distance, service time and anticipated customer turnout. They are generally best suited for locations with a dependable onsite audience.

The menu is intentionally limited and cannot be customized.

Custom Food Truck Experience

For events that call for something created especially for you, Maggie’s offers a limited number of custom food-truck experiences.

We’ll work with you to develop a focused menu that fits your event while remaining practical for service from the truck. Custom menus require additional planning, recipe development, sourcing and preparation.

Includes

  • Initial menu consultation
  • Custom menu development
  • Event-specific purchasing and preparation
  • Food-truck service
  • Up to two hours of service
  • Guests may purchase individually, or the host may arrange prepaid service

Sample menus are complimentary. Custom menu development is a paid service, and for custom food-truck experiences it begins after the required nonrefundable retainer has been received.
